Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the clear nozzle cover remains in place and unused. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
