Trying our products

You must conduct a patch test on your skin before trying our products to ensure you do not have a reaction to any of the ingredients used.

If you have a reaction when doing your patch test please discontinue use of the product immediately and rinse off thoroughly with water.

If your reaction gets worse please seek medical attention.

If you have a reaction to your patch test please contact us within 72 hours.

In the event of a product issue, we kindly request a detailed written description. If necessary, we may, on a case-by-case basis, request supporting photos to better assist you. Your privacy is important to us, and any information provided will be handled with utmost confidentiality.

We will not honour a refund for your purchase if you do not conduct a patch test first of our product.
